If you are not 100% satisfied, for whatever reason, simply send your order back within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full refund of the product!

Our guarantee is valid for all returned items, including one opened and all unopened items.

Please note:

Your 30 days begins from the original date of purchase. You are eligible for a full refund of one open and all unopened items of each product. We can only issue refunds for items physically returned to our warehouse.

Return Procedure:

Our shipping facility is a 3rd party fulfillment center that has hundreds of clients. The only way to ensure that your return package is credited to your account is to follow the correct return policies and to use our return products system. Don’t worry, it’s easy!

Contact us here to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Print out (or copy) the return label and place it on the front of your return package.
Mail your supplements back to the address on your return label.

Your refund will be issued within 7 business days of the products’ reception at our warehouse.

Our customer service department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number. For this reason, it is very important that you either print-out or copy the entire return label and place it on the front of your return package. does not pay for return shipping.

Please note: customer service reserves the right to deny a refund to any client who has engaged in fraudulent activity or otherwise misrepresented the conditions of their return.

Other important points:

Any return request must be made within 30 days of the original shipment date.
Returns must be received by our customer service department no later than 20 days after an RMA number has been issued.

We cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender”. All return packages must be labeled with an identifiable RMA number.

The cost of shipping will not be refunded. Both outbound and return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded.
To avoid fraud, refunds can only be issued to the same credit card initially used to purchase the product. We cannot issue refunds to another card, even if you no longer have/use the original form of payment.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend using tracking (or some other verifiable form of delivery) to mail back your products.
Unverifiable return shipments may not be eligible for a refund.
